How can I return my order?
Return requests can be placed online through the Online Return Form. Customer service will get back to you within 24 hours (on working days).

How long is the warranty period?
The warranty period varies from product to product, although all our products come with a standard manufacturer warranty of at least 2 years. What are the delivery terms?
You can see the estimated delivery time stated at each product. We will get in touch with you should we expect the delivery to take longer than stated.
Do all prices include VAT?
All prices listed on this site include VAT.
Can I specify a different delivery address?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to specify your delivery address while placing your order. This can be useful in cases where you want an order to be delivered to a different address, such as your work address.

We accept payments via Mastercard, Visa, Paypall.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are £5.95 for orders up to £70. We do not charge shipping costs for deliveries within the UK mainland for orders above £70.00.
For the following Islands we charge an extra delivery cost of £25.00:
GY1-9, HS1-9, IM1-9, IV1-28, Northern Ireland, BT1-71, IV36, IV40-56, IV63, JE1-4, BT74-82, KA27-28, KW1-17, PA20-38, PA41-78, BT86-88, PH19-26, PH31-44, PO30-41, ZE1-3, BT92-97
Note: we don't deliver to the following Channel Islands: Alderney, Guernsey, Jersey, Sark and Herm.
